ସେବା ଫି / Service fee
ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ସେବା ପାଇଁ ଦର୍ଶାଯାଇଥିବା ଫି ଆମର ସମୟ ଓ ପରିଶ୍ରମ ପାଇଁ — ଏହା ସରକାରୀ ଫି (ଯଦି ଥାଏ) ଠାରୁ ଅଲଗା। / The fee shown for each service is for our time and effort — separate from any government fee (if applicable), which is extra.
ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ସମୟ / Processing time
ଆବେଦନ ଜମା ହେବାପରେ ଅନୁମୋଦନ/ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାର ସମୟ ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ସରକାରୀ ବିଭାଗ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରେ, ଆମ ହାତରେ ନାହିଁ। / Once submitted, approval/processing time depends on the concerned government department — it is not in our control.
ରିଫଣ୍ଡ ନୀତି / Refund policy
ଯଦି ଆମ ତରଫରୁ ଭୁଲ ହେତୁ ଆବେଦନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ପାରିଲା ନାହିଁ, ଆମେ ପୂରା ଫି ଫେରାଇ ଦେବୁ। ଯଦି ଆପଣ ଦେଇଥିବା ଭୁଲ/ଅସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟ ହେତୁ ଆବେଦନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟାନ ହୁଏ, ଏଥିରେ ରିଫଣ୍ଡ ମିଳିବ ନାହିଁ। / If an application could not be started due to a mistake on our part, we will refund the full fee. If an application is rejected due to wrong or incomplete documents you provided, no refund applies.

ଦୟାକରି ସଠିକ ଓ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସୂଚନା ଓ ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ। ଭୁଲ ସୂଚନା ଦେବା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆବେଦନ ବିଳମ୍ବିତ କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟାନ ହୋଇପାରେ। / Please provide accurate and complete information and documents. Incorrect information may delay or lead to rejection of the application.
